SAVE THE DATE!: GROSSDEMONSTRATION ZUM INTERNATIONALEN WELTFRAUEN*KAMPFTAG

[english below]Zum Frauentag im März 2016 startet gerade eine große Mobilisierung für eine Demonstration und feministische Aktion in Köln gegen sexualisierte Gewalt und rassistische Hetze. Gemeinsam und solidarisch wollen wir im 12. März in Köln auf die Straße gehen.
Nicht erst seit den Vorfällen in Köln schließen Rassismus und Antifeminismus eine unheilvolle Allianz: Rechte, Antifeministen, Rassisten und allerlei Personen, die sich noch nie für Frauenrechte interessiert haben, nutzten den Diskurs für ihre rassistische Hetzte (von Forderungen nach Asylrechtsverschärfungen, Abschiebungen, Lagern etc.) Ein besonderer Kitt stellt dabei der Rassismus dar, der einerseits sexualisierte Gewalt externalisiert und zugleich anschlussfähig an die sog. “Mitte der Gesellschaft” in dem sowieso schon rechten Klima ist.
Die aktuelle Aufmerksamkeit, die sexualisierter Gewalt in der Debatte zukommt, war zwar längst fällig - doch kommt sie absolut überwie-gend nicht ohne Rassismus aus. Plötzlich wird überall das Patriarchat entdeckt - geschlechterspezifische Gewalt in der Logik des (antimuslimischen) Rassismus jedoch nur bei „den Anderen“ verortet. So werden nicht zum ersten Mal Debatten um Migration und ‚‘Zugehörigkeit‘‘ über die Körper von Frauen verhandelt!

Daher werden wir am Frauentag 2016 ein kämpferisches Zeichen an dem Ort setzten, der medial so aufgeladen ist und wo es gilt, eine starke linke, feministische Position sichtbar zu machen.

Für eine herrschaftsfreie Gesellschaft ohne Patriarchat, Sexismus und Rassismus! Wir sehen uns in Köln!

Es wird Busse von Frankfurt nach Köln geben. Achtet auf die Ankündigungen.

Feminism stays antiracist!

For the International Women's Day and feminist actions in Cologne against sexually motivated violence and racist agitation a big mobilization is taking place right now. On the 12th of March we want to be out on the streets together and in solidarity.

Racism and antifeminism have already been formed in ominous alliance prior to the incidents in Cologne: Rightwing activists, antifeminists, racists and all kinds of persons, who have never before been interested in women's rights, make use of the discourse for their racist agitation (like claiming a worsening of the right of asylum, deportations, camps). Therein racism acts as a special liaison, on the one hand externalizing sexually motivated violence while at the same time staying compatible with the so-called “Middle of Society” within the already right climate.
The current attention that sexually motivated violence is receiving in the debate has long been overdue – nevertheless it is not separated from racism in any way. Suddenly patriarchy is detected – while gender-specific violence is located only with “the Others” within the logic of (anti-Muslim) racism. In this way debates over migration and social affiliation are being bargained over the body of women not for the first time!

Therefore on the International Women's Day 2016 we will set a fierce mark at the very spot, which is so enhanced with meaning by the media and where a strong leftist, feminist position is to be made visible.
